Terms of Service

These terms govern the IT consultancy, advisory and related services provided by Mischa Kroon to you. Specific scope, deliverables and rates are agreed per engagement in writing.

1. Services

I provide independent IT consultancy: technology and architecture advice, vendor and platform selection, technical reviews and hands-on implementation support.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and billing details.
• Provide timely access to the information and systems needed to perform the work.
• Use deliverables and credentials lawfully and keep those credentials confidential.

3. Engagement

Work is performed on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis as agreed per engagement. Material scope changes are discussed before continuing.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
